1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within a swift 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Rest assured, a confirmation email with tracking information will be promptly sent once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Our shipping rates are meticulously calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You'll be presented with the applicable shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • Choose from a variety of shipping methods during the checkout process to suit your needs. Please note that our delivery commitment remains steadfast, with estimated delivery times typically ranging from 5-12 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Shipping can take 5 -10 business days for domestic orders, and 8-12 business days for international orders.

4. Domestic and International Shipping:

  • We proudly offer shipping within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. International customers, please be aware of your responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs regulations.

5. Shipment Tracking:

6. Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the rare event of an undeliverable package due to address issues, refusal, or failure to pick up, rest assured, we've got you covered. However, please note that additional shipping charges may apply for the return and reshipment of the package.

7. Delays:

  • While we strive for prompt deliveries, certain circumstances like natural disasters, weather conditions, or customs delays are beyond our control. We promise to communicate any significant delays promptly to keep you informed and at ease.

 

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Blissal is not responsible for any resulting loss or delay.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. In such cases, the customer will need to contact the carrier directly or place a new order after the package is returned to us (if applicable).
  • We are not liable for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • If a package finds its way back to us due to non-delivery, we offer you options – either receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) or opt for reshipment. Do keep in mind that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
